At first you will need to consume as much protein as possible, but carbohydrates will be off limits. But by moving from phase to phase, you will gradually increase the percentage of carbohydrates and decrease in protein. The length of each phase depends on your weight. The Ducan diet allows the following foods during an attack:

  • Meat: beef, rabbit, chicken, turkey, lean ham;
