Diet for three days

The second day:

  • Breakfast: boiled egg, a major of oranges or apples.
  • The second breakfast: 100 g low-fat yogurt.
  • Lunch: 100 g boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage 100 g (you can drizzle with lemon juice).
  • Snack: Handful of dried fruit (dried apricots, raisins, dried apples, pears, plums).
  • Dinner: non-greasy, cottage cheese 100g, two juicy fruits (peaches, apricots, apples, oranges, etc., except bananas, grapes).

The third day:

  • Breakfast: two tablespoons of boiled buckwheat, significant tomato.
  • Second breakfast: a cup of grated carrots or apples.
  • Lunch: a plate of warm vegetarian soup, a salad of cucumber and tomato 150g.
  • Snack: 150g of yogurt or any other dairy product (0% fat).
  • Dinner: 2 chicken patties, cooked for a couple, two fresh cucumber.

During the diet it is necessary to move more, do harder physical exercise, go for a walk. This diet can be at the beginning of lead a healthy way of eating.
